Flat fees are established based on the highest-charge class of the offense as follows: - Class B and C Misdemeanors: $1,700 - Class A Misdemeanors: $3,000 - 2nd or 3rd Degree Felonies: $5,000 - 1st Degree Felonies: billed hourly only For each additional count, there is an added fee of $1,000. Payment plans can be arranged at the discretion of the attorney. Please note that excessive discovery may incur additional charges, and all trial-related fees are charged at the hourly rate.
